For the Toronto neighborhood data, a Wikipedia page exists that has all the information needed to explore and cluster the neighborhoods in Toronto. The code scrapes the Wikipedia page and wrangle the data, cleans it, and then reads it into a pandas dataframe. After the segmentation and clustering is performed.
