This fixes missing BLE_AUDIO option that has to be enabled to use ble_audio_broadcast_source functionality.

This adds new AUDIO_USB syscfg option to disable the USB audio support in auracast_usb application. This fixes code duplication, so that auracast_usb has been renamed to auracast, where previous auracast application has been removed.

There is no point to maintain those two applications as they functionality is the same. This adds new syscfg
AUDIO_USBoption to toggle support for USB Audio. If the option is enabled, the audio samples from USB are processed as inapps/auracast_usb, or test data as inapps/auracastotherwise.The resulting application is placed in
apps/auracast.
