The branch ScaffR-Membership is the main branch in this repository. This contianed the ScaffR 1.1.4 Membership package, plus all the features we are working on for 1.1.5. Feel free to fork this repository, and if you come up with any good code that you'd like to see in ScaffR, then make sure you add it in by March 31st. The next version of ScaffR will be out on May 1.
