Tags
Tags are used are used to group items that share some properties across collections.
For example if you have a collection of movies, you can tag them with the name of the actors and then find all movies that have a specific actor.
- Manage tag categories
- Click here to generate a link to this page if you wish to share it (see Visibility page)
- Show the visibility of the page (see Visibility page)
- Total number of tags available
The "Delete unused tags" will remove tags that have 0 items linked to them.
- Edit the tag.
- Delete the tag. Only the tag itself will be deleted, no items will be removed.
- See modification history concerning this tag.
- Click here to generate a link to this page if you wish to share it (see Visibility page)
- Show the visibility of the tag (see Visibility page)
- Total number of items tagged
- Visual representation of a tag category, (see Tag categories section)
Tags are created dynamically when you add one to an item. There are 2 cases :
- If you already have created the tag on another item, it should autocomplete (click on the right proposed tag to add it to the list)
- If not, press enter to add it to your tags list and it will be created when you submit the form

In the example "Book" tag already exists, "New tag" and "New tag 2" are new and are going to be created when submitting the form. "New tag 3" won't be created, because I didn't press enter to add it to the list.
Here is an example of an empty tag form:
- The main image of the tag
- The tag label
- It's category, optional (see Tag categories section)
- Choose if other users can see your collection (see Visibility page)
- A description for your tag
Here is an example of a filled form:
And the final result:
- Create a new tag category
- Total number of available tag categories
- The name of the category
- The color used to visually identified the category
- A description
