Description

This Chrome extension provides a convenient way to calculate and display the price per square meter (sqm) for properties listed on realestate.com.au. It automatically extracts the property size and price information from the property listing page and calculates the price per sqm, allowing users to make quick comparisons between different properties.

Installation

1. Download or clone this repository to your local machine.

2. Open Google Chrome and go to chrome://extensions.

3. Enable the "Developer mode" toggle on the top right corner.

4. Click on the "Load unpacked" button and select the directory where you downloaded/cloned this repository.

5. The Instant Price per sqm extension should now be added to your Chrome browser.

Usage

1. Navigate to realestate.com.au and search for properties.

2. Open an individual property listing page.

3. The extension will automatically calculate and display the price per sqm in the property details section.

4. On the listing search page, hover over a property to see the price per sqm displayed as a tooltip.

5. Enjoy the convenience of quickly comparing property prices per sqm!
