Fix Rect of texture to take window and stretch transform into account. There is no need for `viewport_attach_to_screen` for embedded windows, since their display is handled via `Viewport::_sub_window_update`.

Of note is disabling Nahimic code injection. I have seen malware less destructive than it was in the wild.
The fix to shadow atlas allocation time checking is also suprisingly beneficial to performance when using large directional shadow atlas sizes.
