SSML support

This adds a SSML textbox in the More menu.

Here the user can request SSML versions of TTS with either backend system depending on which voice is selected and if amazon credentials has been added.

Support for Polly Backend

This release add support to switch backend for the TTS.

Users can submit their AWS credentials which will make Polly voices available.

Add voice selection and volume control

This release of WebRICE adds voice selection and volume controls in a More menu.

Webrice in right click menu
