Description
Use same dockerfile for amd and arm, as the only way to have multi-arch images is building them with the same
docker buildcommand (which means they need to use same dockerfile).Using debian as base instead of alpine. It increases the image size slightly (from 60MB to ~200MB), but linux/arm64 had building and running issues using alpine.
