As of now, the plugin doesn't support submodules. I opened a ticket on the GitHub project for the plugin: Guts/mkdocs-rss-plugin#23

As of now, the plugin doesn't support submodules. This causes the generated RSS feeds to be incorrect, because the plugin uses the build timestamp for the creation and modification dates of all the pages coming from submodules (in this case, the documentation for codacy/chart and codacy/codacy-coverage-reporter).
