This PR updates faker to a relatively new version (v8.4.1), I didn't upgrade to the latest version yet, because this project uses TS4 and faker > v9 uses some TS5 features.
Upgrading from v8.4.1 to v9.0.2 doesn't require any code changes for this repo.
