Version 2.0.0 - Python 2.7

Although officially tagged as v2.0.0 in 2022, it's the same code from 2015. It's now marked as v2 because that's the last version (also the only version) supporting Python 2.x (specifically Python 2.7).

Where is the v1.0 release? There isn't one. I've decided to skip v1 to go to v2 to make it look similar to the required Python version. This decision might bite me back in the future, but I'm rolling with it for now.
