Experiment: Have linux.yaml run on branch MakeDlLibraryDependency3

4 of the registry.access.redhat.com builds seem to be failing on
another branch, e.g. registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/ubi-minimal, gcc,
none, true. Testing whether that will happen on this
MakeDlLibraryDependency3 branch also.
