Update Dokan 1.0.0 application to Dokany 1.1.0

Moving from Dokan 1.0.0 to 1.1.0:

DokanMapStandardToGenericAccess and DokanMapKernelToUserCreateFileFlags are now merged together.

DesiredAccess from DokanMapStandardToGenericAccess has been moved to DokanMapKernelToUserCreateFileFlags and can be retrieved with a pointer on the new outDesiredAccess.
