Releases: elytra/Thermionics
1.1.3: The RF Update
The main improvement this release is that rotary power can be converted to and from RF.
- Added Rotary Generator, making 375 RF per axle turn (lossless)
- Added RF Motor, which turns RF back into rotary power (lossless)
- Preliminary fixes to machines getting stuck or not updated when they turn on or off. Still, more fixes are needed.
- Observers can now detect when machines turn on
HRT is a long, slow process, but we're starting to see some promising changes here too.
- HRT has a tooltip. The tooltip is excellent.
- HRT can now rotate anything that isn't a door. Accidental door rotation is a serious problem for wrenches, but not this one.
- HRT is now invincible.
1.1.2: Bugfixes!
Changes this version:
-
Scarves are now actually framerate-independant. They've lost some of their flicky, ripply charm, but gained a lot of consistency in their feel from computer to computer. Additional steps will be taken down the road to improve flappyness and floppiness.
-
Serger recipe logic is much more stable now. You can no longer squeeze a machine forever to get squares or barding. Sorry fellas, I had to fix it eventually.
-
Preferred Forge version moved up to 1.12.2-14.23.1.2555 (the newest Stable version as of this release).
1.1.1: The Amazing Scarf Update!
Changes this version:
- Fixed lots of Serger recipes! You can once again make all horse armor and saddles in the Serger
- Added Brass Gear, because not everyone is playing with Smores installed
- Added Ribbon - Make by putting three string in a horizontal line in the Serger
- Added Fabric Square - Make by putting four string in a square in the Serger. Fabric Squares can by dyed any color.
- Added Scarf Amulet Bauble - Make the base with ribbon-fabric-ribbon in the Serger. Add squares to the left side with fabric-string-scarf, or the right side with scarf-string-fabric. There is no limit to the number of squares on either side.
- Fixed accidental X-ray from Mash Tun
- Liquor is still very WIP, but added many kinds of distilled liquor.
1.0.9: The Explosive Update
A lot has happened working up to this 1.12 port, and it finally gets to see the light of day!
-
New "Serger" machine lets you stitch together items normally found in dungeons, like saddles and nametags, as well as some fancy cosmetics
-
New tasselcloak bauble does nothing. Definitely don't rub allomantic copper onto it. That can't possibly do anything useful
-
Removed Herobrine again for testing
-
Creative TNT demoes the LibAsplod server-friendly high-yield explosive system. Still needs visual effects and sounds. This one's been pretty popular, so the API will shortly be spun off into a separate repo. Please remember to point the device away from your face and/or planet.
-
Added Creative Chunk Unloader. Yeah, you read that right. Rightclick on a block, and it syncs to that chunk. Rightclick air and it asks the server nicely to get rid of the sync'd chunk. Changes color if the chunk becomes unloaded for more than a tick (player proximity can cause the server to reload the chunk within the same tick). Excellent for finding unintentional chunkloads or just figuring out whether your chunkloader is working.
I'll be demoing (so to speak) this build at BTM Moon, so come bug me at the con, or send bug reports / translation patches / death threats. See you there!
1.0.8: The Rotary Power Update
This has probably been the single most productive day I've ever spent modding, and that's including that one day I ripped the ceiling off the nether.
- Fixed some erroring TileEntities
- All blocks that need GUIs have GUIs
- Added rotary power
- Implemented Convection Motor
- Removed Herobrine for testing
- Added Hammer Mill for ore doubling and general grinding
Rotary power came together far more beautifully and completely than I expected. You can expect to push/pull axles and gearboxes with pistons, and shut off motors with redstone current... which you can create using all the comparator overrides to fully instrument your machines and prevent unnecessary power drain. We are officially one step closer to factory towers and flying world-destroyer castles.
Update: 1.0.8b fixes some bugs. Use 'b' if possible.
1.0.7 for Minecraft 1.11.2
- Fixed hammers cutting through bedrock on indirect hits
- Fixed machines causing missing-method errors due to implementing mixed-obfuscation interfaces
- Added Oven gui
- Made numerous GUI-handling improvements, including a shift-click implementation and localized machine labels
1.0.5 for Minecraft 1.11.2
Initial Release!
- Machines do not yet have GUIs. This is being worked on. In the meantime, you can do insert/extract of items using hoppers or your favorite pipes/tubes/conduits!
- Hammers have no known bugs! If you find any, please report them!
- Incorporates many fixes - RF Cable harvests efficiently with pickaxes, batteries retain charge when broken, Batteries can face downwards (was a cosmetic bug), etc.
- Rotary power isn't implemented yet, so you'll need to use another mod's grinder for now
(edit: actually attach the binaries. Herpaderp)
