IPFS_Agents_Py

This module is meant to help provide tool calling functionality, it has not been implemented yet, but it will take the query vector from the chat, and then match the query vector with the KNN search vector of generated by an embedding model reading the config.json and the readme.md, but given that it will require an optimal flow model to translate from the query vector to the embedding vector during retrieval, and that can only be optimized by collecting inference results that are done and assigning human preferences to them, this is to be saved for the last.
