UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Add perfect settings for different filaments on this page.

PLA

Clas Ohlson PLA white

Has been working very good with standard settings from PrusaSlicer "Generic PLA". Other colours should work similarily well but haven't tried that yet.

3DNet PLA

Use "Generic PLA". If you get too much oozing, try a lower temperature.

HTPLA

Proto pasta matte white

Cannot get good settings so far, with the rolls we have (27.05.2020). There's a lot of oozing and clogging happening. Proto-Pasta suggest printing at 240C, which results in a lot of oozing. Taking lower tempatures results often in clogging mid-print. These rolls have been marked.

Proto pasta HTPLA v3 Black

Use "Proto pasta HTPLA v3 Black". Gives fine results, but haven't gotten rid of all "Oozing" yet.

Proto pasta HTPLA Black Metallic

Use "Proto pasta HTPLA v3 Black".

PETG:

Use "3DNet PETG". Gives good results.

Printing issues

"Oozing": When you get little threads of plastic in between openings. Lowering the temperature can reduce this, but you also increase the risk of clogging. You can also get rid of the little threads by using a heat gun or something similar to melt the threads away. Just make sure to not melt the actual object away.
