Description: This powerful and free Plugin allows the customization of the administrative interface of a Wordpress site. It's used to customize the administrative view for each role in the project "Couragierte Gemeinde". With the Plugin specific user roles can access only the parts of the admin interface they are allowed to see. This is mainly used for security and usability enhancement, as not every role needs to have every option in the backend.

Description: The Annual Archive widget Plugin extends default Wordpress archive widget to allow daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, postbypost and alpha archives to be displayed. Archives can be displayed in the sidebar using a widget, and even in a post or page by using a shortcode.

Description: The Plugin is used in order to save the main page "couragiert.eu" as well as the database and the blog posts during monthly schedules. The Plugin is cross compatible with most or nearly all themes and allows the creation of forums and subforums and even manage them with moderation.

Description: Better Notifications for Wordpress is a simple but powerful plugin for beginners to advanced users that allows the customization of email notifications that Wordpress sends using the WYSIWYG editor and shortcodes. All of the default Wordpress email notifications are available to customize as well as lots of new ones. It's even possible to send notifications to individual users, multiple users, all users in a user role, multiple roles, or so on. The Plugin is mainly used in order to message all participants of the "Couragierte Gemeinde" about new events or new blog posts or even edited ones.

Description: With this Plugin it's possible to change the sidebar content for different pages, categories, custom taxonomies, and WPML languages. Description: Duplicator gives us the ability to migrate, copy, move or clone a site from one location to another and also serves as a simple backup utility. It's the main Plugin for mirgrating to the new server and also for updating the other subdomains of the "Couragierte Gemeinde" as it is a good one klick solution that produces an archive and an installer, which can be placed on the new server and executed there. All databases are also migrated as well as all permalinks are redirected to the new domain or adapted. A fantastic Plugin for migration and backups of a website as it's easy to use and powerful even without the professional version.

Description: With this Plugin the social links that are used in the website are changed to the appropriate fontawesome icons. There is no special configuration necessary as the icons will automatically appear if the respective social media link is written.

Description: With this Plugin it's possible to hide custom menu items based on user roles. So for example if we have a link in the menu that we only want to show to logged in users, certain types of users, or even only to logged out users, this Plugin is helpful. It's main purpose on the website is to hide certain menu points from not logged in users. So for example the "Intern" area of the website.

Changes/Explanation:
Description: Using this Plugin we are able to connect our website to the offical facebook group of the "Couragierte Gemeinde" project. This powerful but small Plugin enables users to login and even register (disabled in this version of the Plugin) on the website by using their facebook accounts, if they have connected them before to their profile. A small button is shown on the login page which allows the user to login with facebook if they have an account connected. The Plugin was changed or slightly adapted in order to remove the register functionality which is not necessary for our needs.

Description: Another handy and very useful Plugin which is used for the website of the "Couragierte Gemeinde". This Plugin allows us to automatically publish each blog post to a registered facebook group. After the Plugin is configured, each blog post is automatically posted to the group with a specific headline and a thumbnail image if available. The free version only allows one registered account.

Description: Simple and small Plugin that allows the change of date and time from a post or even from media and pages. This is helpful in order to enter posts or blog entries from the past.

Description: Press Permit is an advanced content permissions system. It is derived from Role Scoper, but with extensive improvements in versatility, performance and user-friendliness. The Plugin helps us create different roles and viewing access for forum entries or blog posts as the members of the "Couragierte Gemeinde" are seperated into different groups and rights.

Description: Simple Plugin for enabling ordered or unordered lists as sidebar widgets for the website. The Plugin is used for the links in the sidebar of the main page for example.

Description: With this Plugin the mobile menu of the website is created. It offers a great responsive and simple mobile menu, that is highly customizable and even includes submenus. Once the website is viewed mobile, the menu changes to the mobile version.

Description: This Plugin themes the Wordpress login, registration and forgot password pages according to the current theme. It creates a page to use in place of wp-login.php, using a page template from the current used theme. Also included is a widget for sidebar login. The Plugin was slightly adapted to fit our needs.

Description: This Plugin lets us add, remove and arrange the buttons that are shown on the Visual Editor toolbar. We are able to configure up to four rows of buttons including Font Sizes, Font Family, text and background colors, tables, etc. It includes 15 plugins for TinyMCE that are automatically enabled or disabled depending on the buttons chosen. In addition this plugin adds some commonly used options as keeping the paragraph tags in the Text editor and importing the CSS classes from the theme’s editor-style.css.

Description: This Plugin is mainly used for statistical purpose as it allows us to track the login history of the users to the website. The history is showed in tabular form with a variety of paramters and can be exported too.

Description: Another necessary Plugin for the "Couragierte Gemeinde" as some users or participants of the program need to have other rights then others. With the Plugin it's easily possible to switch user roles and assign new ones to the users. It offers a high variation possibility and is easy to understand and use.

Description: This Plugin adds a fully functional sidebar widget to show who is currently online and was online in the past hours or days. It's customizable and adds more information for the members of the "Couragierte Gemeinde".

Description: A comprehensive plugin for the Wordpress visitor statistics and used for the "Couragierte Gemeinde" in order to review the whole project and process. The Plugin tracks statistics for the Wordpress site without depending on external services and uses arrogate data whenever possible to respect the users privacy. On screen statistics presented as graphs are easily viewed through the Wordpress admin interface.
