My only concern is that we are trying to avoid cluttering the PATH with the cmd/ directory. But then, tig is not a common name, I really only know of the one project: Tig.

Okay, I've made up my mind after scouring the net for anything called tig.exe that is not the Git repository viewer we all love. So I'll merge this PR, welcoming @Chand-ra into the exclusive club of open source heroes 😀

/add relnote feature The repository viewer Tig that is included in Git for Windows can now be called also directly from PowerShell/CMD.

The workflow run was started
