Add: fusilier archetype

Add Fusilier archetype to the Cunning class. This is a high damage class that provides damage at Close and Ranged Attacks.

This requires the following additional rules:

• Close combat disadvantage with ranged weapons.
• Gun weapon tag.

Some names need work. Alternatives for Fusilier:

• Musketeer
• Gunmen

Alternative names for "gun play":

• Sharp shot
• Snipe
• Deadeye
