Feature/bidding improvements (#232)

* Add auctioneer prefab with animations, model and voicelines * Add new model for the Auction Hall and basic intro animation * Add sign to players in bidding scene with currency amount * Add weighted randomized auctions #204 and unique augment-type auctions - First three auctions are body, barrel, extension unique
