Still some build issues. Need to cut a new RC to get a versioned prettier upgrade, so we can then turn around and use it in the tests. Prettier had an API upgrade and we don't have a good way to build branch local formatters and then use them in the current build, as of yet. The failing tests have been validated locally with a latest prettier build
