Grafeo is a Matlab based program for the analysis of the multicolor Single Molecule Localization Microscopy data, as dSTORM. It utilizes multiple approaches, including Voronoi Diagrams, Delaunay Triangulation, Ripley's statistics, and others. The Grafeo version V.1beta was originally published with Haas et al., 'Single-molecule localization microscopy reveals molecular transactions during RAD51 filament assembly at the cellular
DNA damage sites', Nucleic Acids Research, 2018,gkx1303, https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkx1303
This new version includes new features to analyses and visualizes dSTORM data developed for the following article: Haas et al., 'Pectin homogalacturonan nanofilament expansion drives morphogenesis in plant epidermal cells'

Grafeo v1.0 beta Pre-release
Pre-release

v1.0-beta version of Grafeo program may contain some bugs. If you encounter any problem, please contact the author on the email address provided at the start of each function. It is compatible with Matlab 2016a,b, 2017a, other version of Matlab were not tested so far. This version has very short manual associated with it. New version of Grafeo as well as a comprehensive manual will be released in January 2017. New release will contain more details on how to cite and acknowledge the program. So far, Grafeo has been used with Nikon N-STORM molecular list txt file. If you have any specific file format, please contact the author. Next versions should be compatible with Zeiss STORM and Leica GSD files format .This program has been written in period of several months and its components were developed for the analysis of the data described in: Haas et al., 2017, In Press, 'Single-molecule localization microscopy reveals molecular transactions during RAD51 filament assembly at cellular DNA damage sites'. As it was developed along with data analysis it may not be optimal and further changes will be applied in new releases of Grafeo program. Grafeo enables you to analyse single files or batch process multiple files.
