Description

This PR simplifies the PR template, which is mostly used to add albums to this repository.

Changes made

  • Removed irrelevant sections of the PR template since they're not needed for adding albums to pages.
  • Deleted the check-checklist.yml workflow file since the PR template no longer has check boxes.
