  • Reverts previous commits that added SeedGenerator since that created lot more failures. This is something we should get back to when we drop Keras 2 compatibility.
  • Adds RandomGenerator shim for Keras 3 compatibility
  • Updates GitHub actions to run Keras 2 and Keras 3 Tests
  • Updates requirement files for Keras 3 compatibility
  • Disabled two tests RandomShear and RandAugment with TODOs
