Deploy an All-In-One (AIO) setup of OpenStack (thanks to Kolla-Ansible) within Vagrant.
Although Kolla-Ansible is mainly used for production deployment this setup is only meant for testing purposes.
Your Vagrant setup must support the disks
feature.
