Update compiler architecture flag to work with modern GCC. #131

With latest gcc version 14.2.0 (g04696df09) , belwo errors are seen

Error: unrecognized opcode csrr a5,mepc', extension zicsr' required
Error: unrecognized opcode fence.i', extension zifencei' required

Updating architecture flag solves the issue.


          Update compiler architecture flag to work with modern GCC.
