This version contains the following changes since the previous release (v4.03):

  • License changed to GPL v2;
  • All web links updated to current live websites;
  • Standard configuration changed to use the default browser;
  • Support for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10
  • Version check for Internet Explorer was not working with IE 10+

This is a portable version of the application, no installation needed, unzip the package in a folder and execute wbloggar.exe.
