ajax-layred-navigation below attribute create & then test accordingly

Improve default magento layered navigation by adding following functionality:

a. Create Brand Attribute with Multiselect Type

b. Create Colors Attribute of Radio Button Type

c. Display Checkbox before Brand Attribute value in layered navigation

d. Display Radio Button before Color attribute value and navigation

e. Search result should be filtered by selecting checkbox and radio button
