You should fill in the questionnaire truthfully according to your real situation.
The defaults options are as followed.

4今日体温情况：小于37.3摄氏度
6今日健康状况：正常
7你今日的苏康码颜色：绿色
To run this program, you need to have python3 installed and a driver(https://pypi.org/project/selenium/) downloaded depend on which browser you use(We only support Chrome and Edge).
