### Motivation and Context

Fixing a typo in a unit test name (CreatPromptFromYamlAsync) that
ReSharper noticed.

### Description

Changed CreatPromptFromYamlAsync to CreatePromptFromYamlAsync (and
rebuilt/ran the test just to be sure).
