- Various UI improvements when the streamer device is also being used as the amplifier (@ianparkinson in #282), including:
- Cleaned up the Amplifier section in the cog menu based on available amplifier features
- Reduced notification spam when single streamer/amplifier device is powered on/off
- Amplifier name now shown in Settings screen (@ianparkinson in #282)
- Fixes power on/off hotkey support for non-Mac environments (@ianparkinson in #285)
