Compiling src/geometry/cgal/cgalutils-xxx.cc seems to be resource intensive.

I found solution in this discussion.

Without pagefile configuration only CLANG builds done.

But with pagefile configuration only for MINGW32 build we get out of memory (but for MINGW64 and UCRT64 all good).

I removed the pagefile configuration commit and am trying to rebuild with offline documentation.
