Convert the current single page react native control app to be multi page, with the index being a menu entry point.

Use the react native linking.

convert the current joystick item to a manual drive page.

Definition of ready

Definition of done

  • App has a menu page
  • Menu page links to a manual drive page
  • Manual drive page works for driving either big ole yellow or a test robot
  • PR merged with multi page app
