PR to backfill changelog entries as individual release notes with updated tags as defined in the internal proposal.
Some tags were not applied at all across these backfilled entries because historically we haven't published entries (or we've only published one or two entries) that might line up with the suggested usage criteria for the tag (e.g.,
content-management,deprecated,issue/bug-fix,policyetc.).So far I've only backfilled Sep 2023 - Dec 2023 and these have not been used.
Also I'm not sure about the distinction between infrastructure and platform as defined in the proposal, so i've been defaulting to infrastructure and not using platform, something to discuss as part of review for sure
