Add new attributes for some L'LORRI CDP keywords (#9)

* Add Radiometric_Conversion_Constants class and associated children
* Auto-generated LDDs by PDSEN CI Bot
* Add a missing factor of "1/pixel" to diffuse source units
* Auto-generated LDDs by PDSEN CI Bot
* Add attributes for L'LORRI detector parameters (gain, bias, etc.)
* Auto-generated LDDs by PDSEN CI Bot
