pyNuMAD

Explain what this list is about and why it should be included here:
pyNuMAD is a software project dedicated to the creation and analysis of 3D models of blades for wind turbines. It is used to carry out experiments regarding the structural design of blades.

Although this particular repository is very new, the core of the software has been around for over a decade. The last "version" of the software, written in matlab, can be found at https://github.com/sandialabs/NuMAD. pyNuMAD is really just a translation/redesign of this other code.

Thank you for keeping this project and Open Sustainable Technology alive. I just see that there is an embarrassing typo in the pull request template. Any feedback on our database and reports is very welcome.
