DELIA-66976 : SystemAudioPlayer interface

Reason for change: Move interface into ThunderInterfaces.
This interface and auto generated ProxyStubs were committed in
rdkcentral/rdkservices. Modifications broke the format
(no trailing nullptr) causing Undefined Behavior.
This impedes use of AddressSanitizer due to SIGSEGV.
