ANSI|pipe release 1.2.0

This release:

• fixes failures to resize the console
• fixes failures to restore the console size on exit
• fixes issues with quoted arguments containing spaces
• fixes output when printing beyond the width of the console
• handles simultaneous output to stderr and stdout more gracefully without mixing the text

Quick start:

1. Grab the ansipipe-launcher.exe binary and the C header.
2. Link the header with your myapp.exe as shown in the README.
3. Rename ansipipe-launcher.exe to myapp.com and put it in the same directory.
