Enable cloning repository in a temporary directory and run default repolinter ruleset

As repolinter API currently do not work with GitHub remote repositories, it is needed to create a function to clone the repository on a temporary directory
Still need implementation to either delete the tmpDir or giving a choice to leave it and just pull changes in the future
