This PR, in a similar effort to #2288, reworks Dev-Docs related content:

  • Strapi plugins
    • Documentation
    • Email (actually moved to features because it's not a plugin anymore)
    • Sentry
    • GraphQL
  • Data Management and Transfer tokens
  • i18n (incl. API calls)
  • RBAC
  • SSO
  • Media Library a.k.a. "Upload"
  • U&P
  • API tokens
