Someone left a support request where they fixed a few bugs in the plugin. So I though after two years, two months and a few days since I last updated this plugin it was time to do some refactoring.

I brought over the SVN history into GitHub and tagged the old version 0.2.3 and this new release ready for WordPress > 4.8.

PHP 5.4 is required as version 0.3 is now using namespaces.
