In this project I analyzed and discussed the main causes for employee turnover by performing survival analysis and implementing a gradient-boosting decision trees, in order to find its reasons.

Data analyses showing that animals may adapt to environmental noise by altering behaviors. Urban spiders show greater flexibility than rural ones in coping with variable vibratory noise, likely due to lifelong exposure to anthropogenic disturbances.
