Release 1.0.8

This release adds a setting which controls the retention time of the transcript. In the prior version it was hardcoded at 7 days. Now it can be extended to 31 days.

Installation Note:

If after installing and trying to launch the app you see an Error about VCRUNTIME140_1.dll then it means that you need to install also VC_redist.x64.exe which is included in the zip file. We have tried to bundle that install into the Microsoft Installer but for some reason it does not work 100% ok - the redistributable is installed but the DLL cannot be found. If, on the other hand, the redistributable is installed manually the DLL can be found.

This release closes the following issues:

• (issue #4) -- processing log vg_processing.log is now left in the Meeting Recordings directory.

Known Issues in this Release

1. Meetings above 75 minutes duration will not be transcribed. You will see an Error in Voicegain Web Console

Issue 1 will require next 1.56.0 Voicegain Platform release which will happen some time in the week of 4/25.

This release fixes the following issues:

1. The Zoom Recorder App window freezes while uploading files for transcription
2. Waiting for permission to Record message will vanish when someone speaks even though no permission to record has been given.

This release adds:

1. More specific error message if Zoom Recorder is started while another is still running.
2. More detailed error messages in case upload of recordings for transcription fails.

Release 1.0.2

Fixes an issue where the settings used for submitting to Voicegain were read only once at startup.

Any changes to settings while the app in version 1.0.1 was running were not effective until a restart.

Known Issues in this Release

1. Meetings above 75 minutes duration will not be transcribed. You will gen an Error
2. The Zoom Recorder App window freezes while uploading files for transcription
