Wallpad brand stuff - zigbee, looks kind of nice. Needs a hub (this is what I've linked to), but has some potentially nice devices, e.g. nice 4-gang switch and ethernet and USB outlet (think this is a wifi repeater).
A bunch of different ones. Do they all use the "international" 2.4 GHz zigbee frequency? Which gateway? I see some people say that the one sold as v2 (the round) is actually a v3, based on a frimware upgrade.
Either just give in and get some plug-and-play ones, or get the cheap-ass ones, hook them up to e.g. an arduino, and have that report through mysensors? Will I get too many wires running through the house like this? But I really don't want to have to think about changing batteries in the plug-and-play ones.
