Compatibility

Angry Turret edited this page Dec 14, 2024 · 18 revisions

Since the K'Rakoth Mod does not alter nor add any code-heavy mechanics, it is compatible with the majority of other mods. In case some severe incompatibilities are discovered, they will be listed on this page as soon as possible.

Known Compatibility Issues

  • Aetherium Engine - causes crashes upon landing on Ashy planets. The exact cause is currently unknown, other than that it is related to microdungeon generation.

Built-In Support

The K'Rakoth Mod has native compatibility with the following mods:

  • Enhanced Storage - various containers from the K'Rakoth Mod gain extended functionality introduced in Enhanced Storage.
  • More Planet Info - all dungeons added by the K'Rakoth Mod are displayed with unique icons.
  • New Printers - relevant K'Rakoth tiles, organic items, and Ancient objects can be found in this mod's printers.
  • nuggubs' Mega Mod - enables the Relic Seeker Shipping Container which can be bought at the Multiverse Goods.
  • Planet Search (upcoming) - the mod's dungeons and biomes will display proper names and icons in the search menu.
  • Prop Pack (FU/standalone versions) - enables certain objects, such as background variants of many of the K'Rakoth Mod's doors, a new potted plant, a flag pole for the Relic Seekers, unsmashable versions of some of the K'Rakoth Mod's smashables, and even a new addition to the monstrous furniture set.
  • Tabula Rasa - many items from the K'Rakoth Mod can be found within the Tabula Rasa.
  • TrueSpace - Ashy planets spawn as either warm or hot planets while Boiling planets can only spawn as hot planets.
  • Universal Uncrafter - some items (including the Relic Exchange rewards, Vault Raider's loot, etc.) are restricted from being uncrafted using the Universal Uncrafter. This is mostly done for logical reasons.
  • unseal trading crates - integration for this mod's method of crate unpacking as well as allowing for it to use the K'Rakoth Mod's crates.

Built-In Support in Other Mods

  • Armor Augments Reborn - the Chthonic armor set is supported by this mod.
  • Better Logs - adds new radiotrophic wood variants.
  • Corporate Expansion - General Munitions Co. military bases spawn on Ashy planets.
  • Detailed Ship Encounters - alters the Relic Seeker Ship's description.
  • DigitalCraftingMegapatch - adds the K'Rakoth mod support to the DigitalCrafting mod.

  • Miniknog Armor - changes both the Area 48 pilots' armor and the Praetor Mech sprites.
  • Modded Legendary Tooltips - adds enhanced tooltips to the mod's unique weapons.
  • Novakid Codices - the new Novakid codex is moved to the Novakid codex tab.
  • Relics of Revengence - Solus Song - the mod's dungeon can spawn on Ashy planets.
