This is the file that stores all deck information for characters, it contains all decks inside this file as far as I can tell, it holds Yugi's tutorial deck all the way through to Joey's best deck.

This is an example file, I haven't fully figured out how to insert custom cards using this format, but my guess from a distance is the first few bytes are dedicated to a header of the file, then every 2 bytes from then should result in it being a different card.

I will update this page once I figure more information out.
