Meetings
First meeting: First contact, we got to know each other, structured the work and started to schedule the following steps. We think that to start the project it is necessary to make the use case diagram. Members in the meeting:

Second meeting: We divided into two groups to make the use case diagram. Each group made one and later we put both together, Gökay left because he didn't know how to make the diagram. Once the diagram was made, we thought that in the next meeting we could plan the project. Members in the meeting:

Third meeting: Our goals in this reunion were to correct the requirements and the general use cases diagram. The meeting started at 22:30 and at 23:13 we finished the textual analysis. Then, at 23:15 we started the requirement diagram and the general use cases diagram, which where finished at 23:45. At 0:12 we finished the meeting after linking each one of the use cases with the requirements.

Fourth meeting: In this reunion we wanted to finish all the planification part, so we started with the iterations using excel so we could have a more visual reference. We decided to stablish different ways to organise the work because, at this point, we haven't had clear anything about the implication of one of the participats of the group. The one we're going to apply by now is to work in couples and be rotating,and the other one is including a group of 3 people (In case all the participants of the group are involved in the development of the task) Then, we kept on doing the calendary and stablishing the weeks of each itarations regarding the disponibility of the members and the final date. We took into account the final date also. After this, we did a Gannt diagram representing the superposition of each of the iterations with the hours of each one of the RADIT phases. Each one of the couples are going to repart the hours of work in the way that suits them best each week, according with the organization stablished before. Also, we decided to stablish saturdays as the day of the team meeting to get us up to date.
Notes: María didn't agree the way the costs where approached, she though that the cost must be distributed depending on each RADIT phase, not generally depending on each iteration as we've done. So this may be consulted later.

Fifth meeting: We met to rethink the planning, so that each one makes a step of the R.A.D.I.T. in each phase of the project. With this new planning we will be able to carry out different phases at the same time. In addition, we had to rethink the groups made for the rotations because in the end we are six colleagues. If everything goes as planned tomorrow November 8th we will start with the requirements, analysis and design phases and iterations 1 and 2.

Sixth meeting: We've been talking about the advances of the week, also the issues founded during the process of each one of the couples and how were them solved.

Seventh meeting: We've been thinking tha we need some way to the system to differenciate which worker is accessing to it everytime. We changed a part of the general CDU, and then we started thinking about the implementation of the iterations 1 and 2, which according to the organization was going to be done this week, but we have some doubts so depending on it, maybe we change part of the organization, starting to do the requirements, analysis and maybe design of the 3rd and 4th iteration next week instead.

Eighth meeting: In this meeting basically we've doing the merge of the designing part of the iterations 1 and 2.

Nineth meeting: Given the numerous conflicts and doubts between the design of iteration 1 and iteration 2 we have made this Meeting. There were some parts of the design that were well thought out but unfinished so we have decided to bring the last changes to be able to start implementing this week both iterations and to be able to start also the testing. In this way we try to follow the initial planning arriving to the delivery. In addition we intend to create this weekend the database once all the uncertainties about them are clarified.

Tenth meeting:
In this meeting we performed the "merge" operation, to do so we had a problem with the VisualParadigm so we had a meeting with Ismael, and we decided to delete the VisualParadigm files of the branches and moving it to the wiki, there we'll be updating each file in the corresponding iterations and giving an explanation about what did we've change or added on it. Regarding those changes, when deleting the VisualParadigm files some of our commits desapeared. Appart from that we performed the merge operation of iteration 1 and 2 after all.
Eleventh meeting:
This is our las meeting. We've found a problem regarding the planification we did counting on one more person, so he had the problem that the same person did implementation and testing. Regarding to that we had to perform a little change on the planification.

Twelfth meeting:
On this meeting we've been trying to make the merge work but we ended up having more problems than we though because when the merge was done it had some files it didn't made sense to be there. We ended up realising that maybe the problem was to do the merge from a Linux Operating System, so we tried to do the merge from a Windows Operating System.

Thirteenth meeting:
Today we've ended up the integration phase, the meeting lasted a few hours, but in total we've been about 3 days trying to make the merge work, and also fixing some little bugs at the end.
