Mesh stuff

I have some ideas that might benefit from index reassignment, but maybe it wouldn't amount to anything. (Update: Some preliminary vertex coloring and index updates up and running.)

I've also come across some interesting "cache optimization" papers and repos but don't even know if these are relevant to Corona's approach.

If compute kernels became a thing, there might be some genuine opportunities.

Also curious where vertex formats might fit.

At the moment, this is low-priority.
