+ Added battle mechanics:
+ Ships attack other ships in the same system if at war or part of rogue fleets.
+ Ships can be destroyed in battle.

+ Empires are deleted when all their systems are lost.

* Fixed a `500 Internal Server Error` when upgrading a (colonized) system without a colonizer.
