Refactoring room air balance

Optimica license protection

No update since last call.

JSON representation for OS front-end to Modelica

No activity.

FMI-QSS

Stuart now finishes up QSS3 and LIQSS3.

Next is IO connections among multiple FMUs. Stuart can soon use atomic access to derivative, need FMU functionality from Modelon. Also higher order derivatives would be useful now.

LBL/Kyle to work on room model and HVAC for benchmark preparations for Stuart.
